HAY!!!  IT'S 6TH GRADE FALL BASH Y'ALL!

FRIDAY NOVEMBER 10, 2023

6:30 - 9:00 PM   

 

 

Come celebrate new fall leaves and new Jr. High beginnings!  A social evening for CPJH 6th graders only.  A great opportunity to make new friends and get to know your classmates through this mixer.  Have fun on the interactive attractions and games.  Try your luck at Bull Riding, or get competitive with team games.  Enjoy live DJ hits and sounds and get up and jump around.  Food, dessert and drinks will be provided. 

 

**Come dressed in comfy fall fashion.  Attendance and participation is not required.  This is not a fundraiser event for CPJH or PTO.  100% of all ticket sales, donations and supplies go towards the 6th grade event.  

 

Purchase your student's ticket BY MIDNIGHT November 8th, to receive the discounted rate of $15, AND your student will be entered into raffle drawings for a $50 Cinépolis gift card and a $50 Amazon gift card, which will be held at the event!  

 

*Only students whose tickets are purchased online by midnight tonight will be eligible for the raffle.  After midnight, tickets will be sold at school in the cafeteria during lunch and at the door at the event for $25 each.  

 

 


Event FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

 

Who can attend?

This event is limited to CPJH 6th grade students and parent/staff volunteers only.  Students must bring and show their CPJH Student Picture ID to enter.  If you do not have one, please go to the Assistant Principal’s office BEFORE November 9th to get a new one.  Cost is $5 for replacement I.D. card.

 

How much to attend?

Online ticket sales for $15 has closed.  Students can purchase tickets during lunch Thursday or Friday, or at the door on Friday 6pm.  Tickets are $25 cash only.  

 

What is the dress code for the Fall Harvest Bash?  

Please adhere to the school dress code in the student handbook.  This is an indoor/outdoor evening event, so please dress according to weather and be comfortable.  Fall harvest theme, flannels, plaids, boots, jeans.  Students will be participating in games and interactive rides.  

 

When/Where is event drop off? 

Drop off time is 6:30pm.  Front of school.  Pickup time is 9:00pm, near the cafeteria doors.  A parent/guardian must be present at pickup if a student is leaving before the event is over.   

 

Can parents attend, or come inside for photos?  

No, this is not a parent attended event, but photos can be taken before entering the school.

 

Can I be a parent volunteer for the event?

YES!!!  Be part of the celebration and help inside.  Sign up  We will need have 30+ parent volunteers inside to host and chaperone the evening.   Sign up here to Volunteer 

 

How else can parents help for this event?

Donations are appreciated to help make this event extra special for our students!  Click here to make a small donation. We have now a current signup for supplies and items for this event.  All collected donations will be used for the 6th grade class.  Sign up here for item drop off/donations.

 

Do we need bring money?  

NO!  Money is NOT needed.  Their admission includes food, snacks, drinks. 

 

Will there be food?

Yes!  There will be hotdogs, vegetarian option, treats and snacks and assorted drinks   All items, treats/snacks and drinks will be FREE to students.
