GRADUATION BASH 2025

CPJH 8th GRADE STUDENTS ONLY

  

 

 

This event is limited to CPJH 8th grade students and parent/staff volunteers only.  Students must bring and show their CPJH Student Picture ID to enter.  If you do not have one, please go to the Assistant Principal’s office to get a new one.  Cost is $5 for replacement I.D. card.

 

 

This event is free, but a RSVP is required to attend.    We need a full count of who is attending prior, to prepare for food amounts.   Tickets will not be sold at the door on the night of the event.

 

 

 

Red Carpet drop off and route map

Parents may begin dropping off at the cafeteria door entrance beginning at 7:00 pm.  Please do not drop off earlier,  volunteers may still be setting up.    Also, there will be no other entrances or exits at the other doors.  The Red Carpet Walk is your starting point.  Please see below the one way car line entrance and exit.

 


 

 

Outside Photos Stations  

Parents may park briefly in the southwest cafeteria parking lot and walk up to the red carpet to take photos outside at the photo stations.  Please be courteous and park only for photos.   Additional photo booths are inside for students only.  

 

 

Parent Volunteers 

Be a part of the celebration and help inside during the event. We will only have staff and parent volunteers inside to host and chaperone the evening.  Please click here to sign up to volunteer.**If you are unable to volunteer during the event, please consider during the day for set-up, and also at the end, for take-down and clean-up.

 

 

Money and Food

This is a free event, hosted by CPJH PTO and with generous parent donations.

There will be catered food, desserts, games and prizes.   Money is NOT needed, and you do not need to purchase anything inside.

 

 

Dress and Attire

We ask that attire to be Semi-Formal.  Please adhere to school dress code in the student handbook.  

 

 

Event Pickup

Please pickup between 9:45-10 pm at the cafeteria entrance.     If you need to pick up your students prior to 9:45pm, then a parent will need to come to the cafeteria doors to check them out. Students will not be allowed to leave the building prior to 9:45 pm without a parent pick-up.  Don't leave too early and miss the balloon drop at the end of night.  

 

 

Free to Attend but Optional to Donate

If you would like to make a donation to the event, to help cover additional costs not covered by PTO budget, we appreciate any donation amount.  We will make a custom photo wall with subway stops.  For a $10 donation, your student name can be featured as a Subway Stop on the photowall backdrop.  And a $50 donation, your student will receive a souvenir shirt I ❤️ CP plus a subway name stop.
