SOLO PARA ESTUDIANTES DE 8º GRADO

 

 

This event is limited to CPJH 8^th grade students and parents/staff volunteers only.  Students must bring and show their CPJH Student Picture ID and Ticket to enter. If you do not have an I.D. card, please go to the Assistant Principal’s office to get a new one. Cost is $8 for replacement I.D. card.

 

Este evento es exclusivamente para los estudiantes de 8º grado de CPJH. Para entrar, los estudiantes deben presentar su identificación de la escuela y su boleto de entrada. Pueden visitar la oficina principal para obtener una nueva identificación si necesitan un reemplazo. El costo es $8.

 

This event is free, but an RSVP IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND. We need a full headcount of who is attending, in order to prepare for food amounts. Please RSVP to receive an entry ticket. Entry tickets will be distributed during the school day on May 7th and May 8th.

 

Este evento es gratis. El único requisito es registrar a su estudiante para que puedan asistir. Los boletos de entrada se distribuirán el 7 y 8 de mayo.

Red Carpet Drop-Off

Parents may begin dropping off at the front entrance beginning at 7:00 pm. Please do not drop off earlier, as volunteers may still be setting up. Also, there will be no other entrances or exits at the other doors.

 

Llegada de los estudiantes

Los padres pueden comenzar a dejar a su estudiante en la entrada principal a partir de las 7 PM.  Por favor, no los dejen antes de esa hora. Esta será la única entrada.

 

 

 

  

Outside Photos

Parents may park briefly in the front parking lot and walk up to the red carpet to take photos. Please be courteous and park only for photos. Do Not Park in the drop-off line and Do Not Block crosswalk. Additional photo booths are inside for students only.  

 

Fotos

Los padres pueden estacionarse brevemente y caminar hasta la entrada principal para tomar fotos. Por favor, sean considerados y estacionen únicamente para tomar fotos. No se estacionen en la fila de descenso de pasajeros y no bloqueen el paso peatonal. 

En el interior hay puestos adicionales para tomar fotos, exclusivos para los estudiantes.

 

Volunteers

Join us in our volunteer WhatsApp group for weekly information on volunteer needs. Work days will be posted every Sunday evening.

 

On May 8th, we will need help all day, starting at 8:30am for setting up until cleanup at 10:30pm.

**There will be 2 shifts in the evening:**

Shift 1: 6:30pm-8:30pm (will help with setup)

Shift 2: 8:30pm-10:30pm (will help with cleanup)

 

Voluntarios

Únete a nuestro grupo de voluntarios en WhatsApp para recibir información semanal y oportunidades para ayudar como voluntario. Cada domingo en la tarde pondremos que días de la semana nos juntaremos a trabajar.

 

El 8 de Mayo vamos a necesitar ayuda durante todo el día empezando a las 8:30am para montar el evento y terminando a las 10:30pm para limpiar y recoger.
* Vamos a tener 2 turnos en la tarde:*
Turno 1: 6:30pm-8:30pm( ayudarán con el montaje)
Turno 2: 8:30pm-10:30pm ( ayudarán con la limpieza)

Money and Food

This is a free event, hosted by CPJH PTO and with generous parent donations and sponsorship. There will be catered food, desserts, games and prizes. Money is not needed and you do not need to purchase anything inside. 

 

Dinero y comida

No es necesario traer dinero. Este es un evento gratuito, organizado por CPJH PTO y con las generosas donaciones y patrocinios de los padres. 

Habrá música, comida, postres, juegos y premios. 

 

 

Dress and Attire

We ask that attire be Smart Casual, at the least(they may dress up not down). Please adhere to school dress code in the student handbook.

 

Vestimenta

La vestimenta sugerida es de casual a semi-formal. Por favor, respeten el código de vestimenta escolar estipulado en el manual del estudiante.

 

 

 

Event Pickup

Please pickup between 9:45-10pm at the front entrance. If you need to pick up your student(s) prior to 9:45pm, a parent will need to come to the front entrance doors to check them out. Parent identification is required. Students will not be allowed to leave the building prior to 9:45pm without a parent pick-up(students will not be allowed to leave early with anyone other than their own parent or guardian).

 

Recogida al final del evento

Por favor, pasen a recoger a sus hijos entre las 9:45-10 PM en la entrada principal. 

Si necesita recoger a su estudiante antes de las 9:45 PM, un padre o adulto responsable deberá ir a la entrada principal para firmar su salida. Se le requerirá presentar identificación. 

No se permitirá a los estudiantes salir del edificio antes de las 9:45 PM sin que un padre o adulto responsable pase a recogerlos. Los estudiantes no podrán retirarse antes de tiempo con ninguna persona que no sea su propio padre o adulto responsable.
